Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Lead PHP development and guide the development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Work with PHP, Laravel, MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Review code and ensure coding standards, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and business teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making.
Key Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel.
- Good knowledge of databases, REST APIs, Git, and modern web development.
- Experience leading developers and delivering projects end-to-end.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
